Russ leads Northeast Restorative Therapy Services with a clinician-first philosophy: build a team of therapists who are supported, respected, and given the autonomy to do their best work at the bedside.
His focus is on creating a rehab practice where careers grow — competitive pay, real mentorship, and a culture that treats the people delivering care as the heart of the organization.
Director of Clinical Operations
Jennifer oversees clinical operations across our skilled nursing and sub-acute programs, ensuring every discipline — PT, OT, and Speech — delivers care that is evidence-based, compassionate, and compliant.
A practicing PT, she leads clinical mentorship, quality, and day-to-day support for the therapy team so clinicians can focus on outcomes and patients.
