Know a great clinician? Tell us about them. If we hire them for one of our open positions, we will send you a $500 check.

How it works

Anyone can refer a candidate for one of our open positions.
We accept referrals for physical therapists (PT), physical therapist assistants (PTA), occupational therapists (OT), certified occupational therapy assistants (COTA), and speech-language pathologists (SLP).
If the person you refer is hired for that position, you receive a $500 check once they complete 30 days.
If two people refer the same candidate, the first referral we receive gets the bonus.

Referrals must be submitted through the form on this page. The date and time we receive your referral is shown on screen and in your confirmation email, and it is how we decide who referred first.
Referrals are for currently open positions in these disciplines only: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP.
The $500 bonus is paid only if the candidate is hired for the position they were referred for, and only after they complete 30 days of employment.
If more than one person refers the same candidate, only the first referral received is eligible.
No bonus is paid if the candidate had already applied to us or was already in our system before the referral was received.
You may not refer yourself.
The candidate must know about the referral and agree to be contacted.
The bonus check is mailed to the referrer. If you skip the mailing address on the form, we will ask for it before the bonus is paid.
