Physical Therapist (PT) — Full-time
Northeast Restorative Therapy Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents in a skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation setting at our partner facility in Riverhead, NY. You will lead the plan of care for residents recovering from orthopedic surgery, stroke, cardiac events, and general deconditioning, helping them return safely to their prior level of function. This is a full-time position (35+ hours per week) with a predictable weekday schedule and occasional weekend rotation.

This is a per diem position offering a premium hourly rate and the flexibility to pick up shifts as your schedule allows.
